We understand that your deadlines often allow for little time to waste. Typically, we can provide two to three day turnaround time on most orders. Rush service is also available for those critical jobs.
One way we differentiate ourselves is in the details; for example, safely packing processed parts for outgoing shipping. Our cleaning services ensure that your parts will be free of grease, smut, and other contaminants that may adversely affect the quality of our processes. The longevity of the finished part is directly dependent on appropriate surface preparation.
We offer deburring services to rid parts of rough spots and/or hazardous sharp edges. Our bead blasting services may also be necessary to remove rust or otherwise prepare parts for further processing. Whatever the concern may be, we will make sure your part turns out as required. Our blasting media meets MIL-PRF-9954D.
